He vow revenge on Tommy and the Sentai 7 for tragic accident and left him behind. He tried fuse with Metaman's DNA in randomizer to be a powerful warrior but he cloned himself and made Goldenrod instead.
He lost his warship and was about to be destroyed until Sin Specter help him and offer him to power up as Super Zeltrax. Zeltrax has a new mobile armor called Zelzord.

Zeltrax is one of my favorite villains. I think it was story between him and tommy and when he returned in his super form he was my favorite character design.
